Our Event Space is… Unique

Mind & Mill provides marketing services to some of the world's most terrific organizations. When we built our headquarters, we didn't anticipate that folks would simply fall in love with our space and want to host their own terrific events here!

Our event space is ... unique. A truly eclectic event space in Riverside, California ... a delightful place to bring clients, colleagues, students, friends, and loved ones. We have hosted Congress, Mayors, sweet 16s, weddings, board meetings, angel investors, venture capitalists, scores of artists and entrepreneurs, and many many more. You really haven't seen anything like this.

Book Event Space in Riverside, CA

We have several distinct event spaces at Mind & Mill

The Chandelier Room - $150/hr

Amidst the gorgeous art at Mind & Mill is a meeting room/classroom that we have affectionately dubbed "The Chandelier Room". With reconfigurable seating, tables, and power for board meetings, classes, employee offsite meetings, or a cocktail hour, we can accommodate most meeting needs. With an HD projector that fills nearly the entire wall, AppleTV, Chromecast, and high speed fiber internet service, everything you should need to be productive or entertaining is available.

The Lodge - $100/hr

This isn't just a conference room... you and your clients and guests will be transported to your very own mountain lodge. Delightfully rustic decor abounds in this very special space that we designed to be anti-boring with antique charm, but with the modern amenities you need to have a productive meeting (such as a large, wall-mounted 4K display, Apple TV, Chromecast, HDMI, custom whiteboards, and high speed fiber internet).

The Kitchen - $150/hr

Yes, you can book the kitchen. We've hosted small birthday gatherings, pop-up kitchens, and Friday hangs in our comfy kitchen. Whether you need a space for a few friends to hang and chat, or a place to offer a private tasting, we've got you covered.

All of Mind & Mill - $400/hr

Say what?! Yeah ... you can rent the entire space for your private event! Seriously, you should come look at the space. It's amazing and simply oozes good vibes. If you've got a larger event planned and need our approximately 4,200 square feet of lux, let us know.

When you book All Of Mind & Mill, we may require a few more things.

Security Deposit

The security, damage, and theft deposit is $600. This deposit refundable 30 days after event, provided there is no security issues, damage, or theft.


Provide Mind & Mill with a certificate of insurance naming "Mind and Mill, LLC" as an additionally insured for the date of the event and providing $1,000,000 coverage for each occurrence and $2,000,000 coverage for general aggregate.  If alcohol will be served or consumed at your event, also provide proof of liquor liability in the amount of $1,000,000.

Minimum Booking

The minimum booking is two hours.

Set Up

If the event needs any changes to Mind & Mill's configuration, the set up fee is $200.


The cleaning fee is $200.


If the event will have 100 or more guests and/or if alcohol is being served, the attendant / security guard fee is $100.

When you book All Of Mind & Mill, we offer a few more optional things.

DJ / Music

We offer an outstanding in house DJ for $150 / hour. Although outside DJs are welcome, our DJs are down right stupendous.

DJ Lighting

We offer DJ lighting for $50.

PA System

We offer a PA system for $250


A catering meeting can be set up to review a plethora of catering offerings. Outside caterers are welcome. The outside catering fee is $100. All vendors, including caterers, must be approved by Mind & Mill, licensed, and insured.

Outside Vendors, Services, and Equipment

Outside vendors, services, and equipment might be welcome. We may require additional insurances and we may require a fee. All vendors, services, and equipment, must be approved by Mind & Mill, licensed, and insured.

The Nitty Gritty


A 50% deposit is required to book an event. Deposits are non-refundable.


The remaining balance is due 60 days before the event. The balance is non-refundable. If the balance is not paid when due, the event will be cancelled and the Client forfeits all monies paid.

Cancellation and Postponement

This agreement cannot be cancelled or postponed. If notice of cancellation / postponement is given by Client prior to the commencement of the Event, the Client will be liable for: (1) All out-of-pocket costs; (2) Any Deposit paid; (3) Any Balance paid.
